Axiological value

In this class we saw that the axiological value is the value that we give to things, no matter what it is really worth, it does not matter the value that society places on it, the important thing is the value that we give it as a person. At first I asked myself that when we apply this, but after I realized that we apply it when we make decisions and actions, since we use our values when we behave, I realized that we make a hierarchy of values and we order them according to We give importance to them that is where we use the axiological value and it is what allows us to see as people which values we consider as good and which we consider as bad. This has a lot to do with the personality and morals of the person, since each one has his herarchy of values and that of each one is different, there will be people who have more marked values than others depending on how those values characterize them. Something very important is that you start to think and analyze your herarc...

This class was very interesting as we saw the development of ethics and how it was created, as we already know, ethics is the analysis of behavior and real actions, as all history has a beginning, it all started in Greece when philosophers began to reasoning about what is good and how we can manage to act that way, they came to the conclusion that what we needed was to act in a rational way, prudence and temperance. Socrates, who is called the father of ethics because thanks to him the ethics born, he believed that to create good before we had to know ourselves and know how we were, he had a disciple called Plato who admired him a lot, what Plato thought was that passion had to be controlled since it leads to causing problems for the existence of humans, just as Socrates had a disciple Plato  also had it and it was Aristotle who said that the goal of life was to find happiness but that for that we needed cultivate and live virtues.   Later on, the medieval ethics start and the...

GMOs can be applied in different areas but mostly in food and agriculture, they are organisms that were genetically altered by humans in laboratories, since they inject DNA from another species so that they grow faster, with less food, in a more relaxed way, even making plants immune to pests, it has been proven that these crops yield more than conventional crops, this seems perfect since it saves money and work but it still has a bad side that this makes people worry, one of those concern was that GMO crops with NON GMOs would combine and introduce undesirable mutations in them. They also created a new method that caused a lot of controversy and that people did not accept it so they had to stop its use, this method is called exterminating seeds that they can produce sterile plants. Sometimes GMO cultures can be mixed but a control has been established so that they do not. Many people wonder the difference between NON GMO food and GMO food, GMO foods have a protein that It is use...

Debate

In the debate of the feminist marches, the room was divided in two, half were in favor and the other half was against, we had to develop our discourse from our point of view about the feminism marches and about feminism, I made a lot of effort writing it and practicing it, when the time came for the debate, I was very nervous as my classmates passed by saying their different points of view, I was able to analyze how some of them memorized it and did not have to read anything and expressed themselves in a very fluid way and made gestures and expressions with their hands.  What I was able to analyze from those who were in favor of feminism is that many said they were in favor since these marches were not to damage anyone, and their intention was not to damage the buildings or affect anyone, that they only wanted to fight for their rights and it was an argument that I liked a lot, instead those who were against, some of them only defended men and did not fight equity, that was a...
